Here is the script you have to use on incoming calls:

Support: ‘Good morning/afternoon/evening.  Hi doctor support customer executive speaking.  May I know who is speaking sir / madam, Can I have your mobile number it would help us in case of call gets disconnected during our discussion.



Support: Ask for the issue and also collect basic  information Company name , URL Name, hi doctor user id, Designation and 



User: Allow User to explain the problem 
             

Support:, Understand the issue and try summarizing the issue before you solve it
