Always start working on the overdue tickets , in that too which is maximum overdue.After finishing overdue tickets go to "Due today" here also work in the same manner , that is work on the ones which has minimum time for completion. Then start working on "Due tomorrow" The whole idea revolves around two defence measures: to reply to customer that we are working on it and stop tickets from getting overdue.
